Binghatti Properties, una delle più grandi società di sviluppo immobiliare di Dubai, e la società automobilistica di lusso Mercedes-Benz hanno annunciato un progetto innovativo: Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti. Crenuta insieme da una passione condivisa per il design e l’innovazione iconici, questa partnership unisce il mondo dell’eccellenza immobiliare e automobilistica per stabilire nuovi standard nel design e nell’abitare di lusso.
Alto 341 metri e situato nel quartiere centrale della città emira, il grattacielo porterà il nome di Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai, e sarà costituito da 65 piani suddivisi in 225 appartamenti. Per quanto riguarda l’aspetto architettonico, sebbene i dettagli siano ancora esigui, i primi render mostrano una torre moderna dal profilo sinuoso, percorsa da led e tempestata dall’iconico logo a tre punte del brand tedesco.
“Siamo profondamente entusiasti di lavorare al fianco di Mercedes-Benz, un nome davvero iconico, per sviluppare la prima residenza di lusso al mondo”, ha dichiarato Muhammad BinGhatti, ceo di Binghatti.
Britta Seeger, membro del consiglio di amministrazione di Mercedes-Benz Group AG, marketing e vendite, ha dichiarato: “Con Mercedes-Benz Places a Dubai, stiamo andando oltre l’automotive per creare un concpet lifestyle eccezionali. Con la loro pluriennale esperienza nello sviluppo immobiliare, Binghatti è il partner ideale per noi. Il nostro obiettivo con la nostra prima torre residenziale immobiliare è quello di creare nuovi e desiderabili motivi che ereditano il DNA del nostro marchio e diano ai nostri clienti un posto dove arrivare, rilassarsi e sentirsi a casa”.
Se la silhouette del grattacielo Mercedes-Benz ricalca il design delle sue auto, all’interno i singoli appartamenti metteranno in scena le più innovative soluzioni tecnologiche per il massimo benessere, comfort ma anche efficienza.
“Abbiamo allineato strategicamente il progetto con la Strategia energetica integrata di Dubai 2030 che aspira a raggiungere una riduzione di 600.000 kg di emissioni di carbonio all’anno”, sottolinea BinGhatti. Un obiettivo che si affianca all‘Ambition 2039 carbon neutral di Mercedes-Benz e che nel grattacielo, si manifesta integrando nella facciata posteriore una pelle di pannelli fotovoltaici su un’area di circa 7.000 mq.
