Impresa Rusconi ha avviato la commercializzazione del nuovo progetto immobiliare Sansi, realizzato su progetto dello studio d’architettura Arassociati e la partnership di Contract District Group per la fornitura dei servizi di interior design.
Sansi si trova nel quartiere di San Siro, in Via Ciardi 9, al centro di grandi cambiamenti e trasformazioni. Il progetto definisce gli standard più attuali in termini di architettura, materiali e tecnologia: una garanzia di autentica qualità. Un edificio nuovo, gas free, facilmente riconoscibile grazie al colore rosso mattone, caldo e sicuro per eccellenza, dove è naturale immaginare un moderno living, all’insegna della comodità e tranquillità.
42 appartamenti, proposti con tagli dal bilocale al quadrilocale di classe energetica A, sette piani, due scale per una superficie totale di 5000 mq commerciali. L’impresa Devero Costruzioni, che ha ottenuto l’appalto dei lavori e ha già preso in consegna l’area dedicata al progetto, sta predisponendo il cantiere per dare il via alle attività di costruzione. La consegna è prevista per fine giugno 2026. Tutti gli appartamenti hanno piante razionali studiate per rispondere alle esigenze della vita quotidiana, la presenza di logge, balconi o giardini e non mancano gli spazi comuni e le relative facilities come la sala giochi per i più piccoli, una palestra condominiale, un piccolo patio condominiale e un giardino; ci sono poi box posti auto e colonnine fast charge per la ricarica di auto elettriche.

Sansi è un progetto solido, nato dalla collaborazione tra consolidate realtà milanesi, protagoniste della realtà immobiliare cittadina degli ultimi anni: Impresa Rusconi, Studio Arassociati e Contract District Group.
“Il progetto di via Ciardi 9 vuole essere l’interpretazione della casa signorile milanese in un contesto aperto, verde e particolare come San Siro. Un edificio singolare, composto da due corpi di fabbrica che si elevano da un basamento che, occupando tutto il lotto, conferisce continuità urbana e protezione ai giardini privati del primo piano. Lo sviluppo tipologico prevede una disposizione libera formalizzata con una molteplicità di affacci caratterizzati da un sistema variabile ed alternato di terrazzi, balconi, bow-windows e logge che conferiscono unicità ai vari appartamenti. Il grigio basamento lapideo, il rosso dell’intonaco ed i dettagli lignei sono un riferimento al modernismo ed ai maestri del 900 milanese”, afferma lo studio Arassociati.
