Giorgio Armani non ha bisogno di sconvolgere con le proprie creazioni, non quando l’atmosfera, i materiali e l’accuratezza delle sue collezioni conquistano al primo sguardo.
La parabola di sobrietà borghese narrata dal designer trova una nuova espressione nella nuova collezione Uomo Autunno – Inverno 2023/2024, presentata alla Milano Fashion Week.
Classicità e buon gusto sono i valori che muovono le basi di una passerella che, come quelle che l’hanno preceduta, segue le priorità di un designer come Armani, consapevole della propria identità, profondamente maturo e, soprattutto, innamorato dell’Italia.
“L’idea arriva da alcuni atri dei palazzi storici milanesi, tutti in marmo e con un senso di architettura severo. Ma dagli atri in tutta Milano si possono vedere giardini lussureggianti, verdi, con i fiori: è un mondo nascosto che riserva sempre qualche sorpresa”, spiega Giorgio Armani.
In passerella avanzano con calma e sicurezza modelli dalla”bellezza imbarazzante”, come li descrive il designer, mentre indossano impeccabili completi in lana abbinati alla cravatta nera, grandi parka in pelo ecologico, lunghi e maculati, completi in velluto panné con la giacca e i pantaloni cargo, giacche in velluto rosso rubino, tute da sci e abbigliamento sportivo, dal sapore casual.
Seguono, poi, giacche doppio petto con un cappuccio in nylon attaccato sul bavero; una sorta di felpa, che assume però un’eleganza diversa nella visione esperta della maison.
L’uomo di Armani così trasmette gentilezza e contegno, senza però cadere in un atteggiamento severo o fin troppo conservatore: non c’è pesantezza che possa intralciare i modelli mentre sfilano, ma piuttosto si percepisce una leggerezza naturale e spontanea.
“Non si è conservatori se ci si veste bene: se ti siedi a un tavolo importante devi essere vestito bene. Per essere conservatori occorre molto di più: ma quel sentimento non mi appartiene”, conclude Giorgio Armani.
