To celebrate the highly anticipated third season of The White Lotus, the San Domenico Palace in Taormina, part of the prestigious Four Seasons group, introduces an exclusive initiative dedicated to fans of the series. The heart of this celebration is The White Lotus Bar, a refined tribute to the narrative universe created by Mike White, available from March 14th to April 28th at the hotel's evocative Bar & Cloister.
Guests will be able to immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere of the series while sipping cocktails inspired by the three iconic destinations of the show's seasons. The Pineapple Suite recalls the Hawaiian atmospheres of the first season with an exotic mix of Don Julio Blanco tequila, pineapple juice, lime, Coco Lopez, Turbinado and Ube. The Lotus, dedicated to Taormina, is a sophisticated creation that combines Tanqueray Gin, peach liqueur and jasmine-infused white wine, signed by the bar manager Juri Romano, who already appeared in the second season of the series. Finally, Coconut Paradise, a tribute to the third season set in Thailand, offers a fresh and aromatic combination of Ketel One Vodka, Pandan Lemongrass Cordial, citric acid and coconut flakes.
To accompany the drinks, an exclusive selection of savory and sweet tapas curated by executive chef Massimo Mantarro. The experience is enriched with an evening piano bar that offers classic Italian music and a fortune teller available for tarot readings, a tribute to Sicilian tradition.
But the news doesn't stop there: San Domenico Palace also presents new dining spaces to offer an authentic culinary journey through Mediterranean and Sicilian flavors. The restaurant Prince Cerami, awarded a Michelin star, offers a tailor-made gastronomic experience, with a menu that changes every ten days to enhance the freshness of local ingredients. Guests can enjoy chef Mantarro's creations from the splendid terrace overlooking Etna and the bay of Taormina.
This offer is accompanied by the opening of Red, the new restaurant located in the Art Nouveau hall of the hotel, dedicated to Mediterranean cuisine, and anciovi, the poolside restaurant, perfect for an informal yet refined experience.
This exclusive celebration not only pays homage to The White Lotus, but also enhances the elegance and excellence of the San Domenico Palace, making it the perfect destination for lovers of the series and luxury hospitality.
