A triumph of elegance and passion characterized The ICE St Moritz 2025, the event that transformed the suggestive frozen lake of the Swiss Alps into an exclusive stage for 52 truly iconic classic and sports cars; an exceptional selection that made enthusiasts of all ages dream.
The recently concluded edition recorded an unprecedented turnout, confirming the international character of this exclusive event. Over twenty thousand visitors, coming from every corner of the world, animated the city and its lake during the two sunny days.
Friday February 21, the international jury selected the winning cars of the five categories in the competition, rewarding the elegance, rarity and history of each model: Ferrari 500 TRC Scaglietti from 1957 (Boats on the Lake); 59 Bugatti Type 1934 (Open Wheels); Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 GS April 1931 (Concept Cars & One Offs); 275 Ferrari 4 GTB/1966 (Icons on Wheels) and Porsche 908/03 from 1971 (Racing Legends).
Saturday February 22, the second day of the event, opened up to the eagerly awaited free rides on the lake to the delight of the public, enraptured by the unique spectacle of these automotive wonders reflected on the frozen surface.
In the afternoon, at the end of the event, the prestigious award was given Best-in-Show. This year the trophy was specifically designed for The ICE by star architect Lord Norman Foster, who awarded the Bugatti 59 (1934) together with Tilly Harrison, Managing Director of Richard Mille Middle East and Türkiye.. Furthermore, on this occasion, the Ferrari 250 GT SWB “Sefac” (1961) was awarded the prize Spirit of St. Moritz, signed and personally presented by artist Rolf Sachs, presented by Marijana Jakic, CEO of St. Moritz Tourismus. Finally, the Lamborghini Miura SV (1972) was awarded the public's prize Hero Below Zero.
The ICE St, Moritz 2025, in addition to the competition on the frozen lake, was intended as a widespread event, actively involving the entire city with a rich collateral program of artistic and cultural events.
