Presented in world premiere at BOOT Düsseldorf 2025, the new Riva Iseo Super embodies the perfect combination of heritage and innovation. Evolution of the successful model launched in 2011, this 27-foot runabout offers the timeless elegance typical of Riva, combined with technological and stylistic solutions which renew the myth.
The result of the same innovative design that gave life to Riva El-Iseo – the brand's first full electric boat, presented exactly one year ago at BOOT Düsseldorf 2024 – the new Iseo Super enriches the range of open boats under 9 metres, which now offers a motorisation solution for every owner's need: from the silent elegance of electric to the power of endothermic propulsion.
Like all Riva creations of the last thirty years, the renewed design of Iseo Super bears the signature of Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta, founders of Officina Italiana Design, the studio that exclusively designs and engineers all Riva boats, in collaboration with the Product Strategy Committee chaired by Eng. Piero Ferrari and the Engineering Department of Ferretti Group.
Iseo Super expresses the refinement that unites all Riva models, from the most compact runabouts to the 70-metre superyachts: every line and every detail reflect craftsmanship and attention to detail, from the highly polished mahogany that dresses the deck and the stern platform, to the sophisticated new hull color, Vulcan Grey, which adds to the brand's exclusive palette.
Elegant 27-foot (8,24 m) runabout with a maximum beam of 2,5 m, the new Riva Iseo Super introduces him typical stylistic features of the models that have made the brand iconic – such as the polished striped mahogany treated with twenty-four coats of varnish, the steel details of the side grilles and the aquamarine waterline – perfectly in harmony with the various innovations that improve both the liveability on board and the performance while sailing. The windshield has been completely modified and is now made with the typical counter-curvature has become one of the most recognisable features of Riva boats, giving the yacht a dynamic and aggressive look.

The a modern and linear design has been created for the dashboard: in the center of the dashboard there is a Volvo Penta 9-inch chartplotter display for navigation control, positioned symmetrically between the analog dashboard on the right and the glove compartment on the left; the dashboard is also available in a digital version with a 12'' Böning screen. Under the glove compartment - which also contains a USB socket, an SD reader and the sound system control panel - there is the drawer fridge, while under the plotter there is a large storage compartment for the fenders.
News in the cockpit too, having a completely renovated and larger dinette compared to the previous version, thanks to a clever optimisation of all the space behind the driving position: the new design, in fact, includes a elegant U-shaped sofa covered in waterproof Sky fabric matching the hull colour chosen by the owner. The sofa is integrated with a table with electric raise-lower movement, which when not in use can be hidden by the cushions, thus becoming an integral part of the seat, on the opposite side of which aadditional storage area, thus maximizing the available space. Behind the back of the sofa is the manual retractable bimini, while at the stern, below the sundeck covered with the same Sky fabric as the dinette cushions, the engine compartment is positioned.
Riva Iseo Super maintains the traditional propulsion system with stern drive application and is equipped with hydraulic gearbox, which improves the acoustics during navigation thanks to the elimination of noise when changing gear. In its standard version, Riva Iseo Super is equipped with a Volvo Penta D4-300A engine, a 300 horsepower (221 kW) diesel at 3500 rpm combined with an Aquamatic DP-I duoprop sterndrive, which allows Iseo to cruise at 33 knots and top speed at 38 knots. Alternatively, two optional petrol engines are available: Volvo Penta V8 350 CE with 355 hp (261 kW) at 5800 rpm with DP-S duoprop drive for high performance (36 knots at cruising speed and 41 knots at maximum speed), and Volvo Penta V8 300 CE with 305 horsepower (224 kW) at 5800 rpm, also with a DP-S duoprop foot, compliant with the requirements for Lake Constance and with which Iseo Super sails at 33 knots at cruising speed and 38 at maximum speed (preliminary data). For maximum stabilization during navigation, Riva Iseo Super is equipped with an autotrim for the engine that regulates the stern drive and Interceptor Zipwake for trim correction.
A further innovative solution available to the owners of this fantastic runabout is the mooring cap, derived from the automotive industry and designed to ensure maximum protection of the hull. The hood is made in double layer: the waterproof technical material of the outer layer protects from the elements, while the breathable wool inner layer absorbs humidity, keeping the boat in optimal conditions during mooring.
