HNH Hospitality will manage, under the Radisson Collection brand, a new five-star hotel located within part of Turin’s historic “Cavallerizza Reale”, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The agreement for the construction of the structure, which will have 130 rooms, was reached between CDP Real Asset SGR and the hotel group HNH Hospitality. The completion of the redevelopment project of the former Military Academy is expected by 2028.
CDP Real Asset SGR, through the Fondo Investimenti per la Valorizzazione (FIV), owner of the building, will lead the recovery project with an investment of approximately 35 million euros. The project will adopt innovative solutions to enhance the existing historical heritage, with particular attention to sustainability and energy efficiency. Among the measures planned, the installation of a geothermal system that will serve the entire complex.
