Moncler's new headquarters in Milan changes ownership. During the shareholders' meeting, Covivio announced the sale of the important property located in the Lombardy city to Valesco Group for 200 million euros. The agreement between the two companies was finalized on November 27.
In October 2021, Moncler signed a 15-year lease with Covivio for a property under construction, part of the Symbiosis office project. This project, developed by Covivio in the southern area of Milan, will house the company's staff in a single space.
The property, divided into three buildings, covers a total area of 38.000 square meters and was designed by the architecture and interior design studio Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. The structure will be built with a focus on sustainable development and well-being, aiming to obtain Well and Leed certifications. Among the main features, particular attention will be paid to air quality, thermal comfort, natural light and the use of natural and recyclable materials. Energy-efficient systems will also be installed to reduce consumption and emissions.
