A new Hilton hotel in Turin is about to welcome the ever-increasing number of international guests arriving in Piedmont. With 175 rooms spread over 5 floors, including standard rooms, superior rooms, junior suites, suites and a sumptuous presidential suite, Hilton Turin, designed by the interior design studio Chiara Caberlon.
Closed in 2022 and acquired at the beginning of the year by the Geras 2 real estate fund managed by the asset management company Ream sgr, the structure, after a complete restyling for a total investment of 50 million euros, will reopen next spring as Hilton Turin City Center. It will be operated by the Della Frera group, which has signed a franchising agreement with the US company.

The offer is also completed by a bar, a restaurant and by 'Executive lounge which characterizes the Hilton brand offer. The ground floor of the building facing via dell'Arcivescovado is dedicated to the congress proposal, with three large meeting rooms and two boardrooms reserved for private meetings. All for a surface area of 350 square meters. On the lower floor, finally, there is the spa equipped with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers and treatment room, accompanied by an indoor swimming pool and a modern fitness center.

The hotel sector is a market in which Ream Sgr has an interest in being more present.”
Easily accessible from Caselle International Airport, the hotel is housed in a historic building of rationalist architecture, originally the headquarters of the Compagnia anonima d'assistenza of Turin, designed by the architect Emilio Decker in 1953.
