On the occasion of the holidays Etro and Aimo and Nadia Milan renew the partnership born in 2023 with Panettone and add Pandoro, also made by Chef Fabio Pisani and Alessandro Negrini of the starred restaurant «Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia».
THE PANDORO
Pandoro, a traditional Christmas cake from the city of Verona, soft and delicate in the shape of a star, is produced in full compliance with the traditional recipe. The intensity of the Tahitian vanilla scent combines with that of cocoa butter, to obtain a cake that is golden to the eye and soft to the palate.
THE PANETTONE
The Christmas dessert par excellence is made according to the philosophy that has always distinguished the cuisine of the Aimo e Nadia Group based on the valorization of local raw materials. In fact, for the production of Panettone, flours from selected mills in Basilicata are used which, together with a 72-hour leavening, contribute
to give softness and a soft crunchiness to the leavened product. The Pandoro and Panettone will be presented in an elegant satin metal box in shades of magenta and pink on a gold background for the Pandoro and blue and gold for the Panettone.
