The group pattern announces the investment of 12 million euros for the new headquarters of Torino. The transfer to the new site (Collegno) is scheduled for 2025. The Pattern group is present in 7 Italian regions with 13 establishments. It closed 2023 with 145,6 million euros in revenues and an operating profit of 23,4 million. It is active in the production of luxury clothing and accessory lines in the men's and women's fashion shows and first lines segment.
Present with 13 factories in 7 Italian regions, Pattern operates in the main product categories of Fashion Luxury, from research and engineering to production. The use of the latest generation and digital technology - from machine learning to 3D modeling and printing - have made it a point of reference for the main international brands.
The new building will fully reflect the Pattern Group's commitment to environmental, social and governance sustainability (ESG criteria). The building will combine high construction standards and high energy efficiency. The realization of the project was entrusted to the Secap company of Turin.
The plant will host offices, production and logistics laboratories, warehouses, and will be equipped with a large car park. The project also includes a photovoltaic system and a geothermal system, green areas and a green "buffer" strip towards the ring road. The company's goal is to obtain the highest levels of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the US Green Building Council, which evaluates energy efficiency, water management, internal environmental quality and building innovation.
The new factory will be built on an area of approximately 22.000 square meters. And it will be created with the financial support of Intesa Sanpaolo. “This operation physically creates a new center of engineering excellence in the Italian fashion and lifestyle segment, following the principles that have inspired us from the beginning to respect the environment and our people”, they comment Luca Scoff, CEO of the Pattern Group, Together with franc Martorella e Fulvio Bang, founders and majority shareholders.
