Milan – Saint Lawrence buys from Sawa, controlled by Leonardo Ferragamo, 100% Nautor Swan and its subsidiaries: 13 companies in 7 countries (Finland, Italy, Spain, Monaco, United Kingdom, United States and Australia). The Nautor Swan group operates in particular in the design, construction, marketing and refit of high luxury sailing vessels. Sanlorenzo purchases 60% of the shares at the first closing, expected in the short term, for an amount of 48,5 million while the remaining 40% will change hands by 30 April 2028: the total value of the operation is approximately 90 million euros.
