Ruby Group, a German company that counts 17 hotels in Europe, will inaugurate its own in July 2024 first structure in Italy, Florence. The expansion plan in our country also includes a second opening, expected in Roma in the first quarter of 2025. After Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ireland, the Netherlands and France, Italy is the eighth European country in which Ruby expands.
The German group pursues the concept of essential luxury. “Through modular design and construction, centralization and automation, we make luxurious experiences accessible while creating a leaner, more adaptable cost structure, with less risk for real estate partners. These advantages distinguish us from our competitors and support our development activities, especially in unpredictable times,” the words of CEO Michael Struck.
Ruby Hotel Florence will be built together with the GB Holding Group, in Piazza della Libertà. He will have 118 rooms and a Ruby Workspace with a total surface area of approximately 300 square metres. The XNUMXth-century building will also have a bar and café, an internal courtyard terrace and a dedicated workspace.
The group's expansion plan also includes the opening of a facility in Rome, in 2025. It will be located in a building in the center, near the steps of Trinità dei Monti. It will have 165 rooms, a 24-hour bar and café and a roof terrace overlooking the center of Rome. Ruby will build the hotel together with Ece Work & Live as project developer and investor.
