A pool of family offices has taken over Palazzo Reina, a historic and highly prestigious property located in via Bagutta 12, within the fashion quadrilateral area of Milan.
Built by architect Nicola Dordoni, the property was the subject of a restoration project to recover the external facades and internal halls, as well as remodeling the spaces. Palazzo Reina covers an area of 6.000 mXNUMX intended partly for high street retail and partly for offices and showrooms.
The transaction, which involved two family offices, was managed by the Office team of the Capital Markets area of JLL Italia, led by Alberico Radice Fossati.
Alberico Radice Fossati, Head of Capital Markets at JLL Italia: “The operation involving Palazzo Reina confirms the great attractiveness of high-quality mixed-use properties in prime locations. The enhancement works of the property, together with the position and profile of the tenants present, make the building a very strategic asset in the Milanese urban context".
