The giants of the world luxury, as the Kering group e LVMH, expand their influence and presence a Milan, a must see for one economic and business development in the fashion industry.
The Kering group started the trend and, with the transformation of a space a Pertusati Palace managed by Hines, opened the doors of Ear 26, a creative hub ready to become the new lifestyle hub of the most exclusive and chic side of Milan; an investment that has paid off the luxury giant and which has already welcomed and will welcome big events and names within its walls (such as the first show of Matthieu Blazy during the fashion week of last March or like some of the brands of the Kering group, destined to dot the entire Spiga 26, and which will arrive during 2023).
LVMH Italia, on the other hand, chooses to move its headquarters to the building in Symbiosis of Covivio real estate company, the business district under construction located in the area between Fondazione Prada and port of Porta Romana.
This same location will become the new home for the headquarters of Moncler in 2024, mind brands like Stone island, Buccellati, Klarna and Hui (Chinese brand created by the designer Hui Zhou Zhao) plan new expansions or new headquarters.
