Craftsmanship, quality e innovation.
These are the three pillars on which the philosophy of the maison is based Chanel according to the president Bruno Pavlovsky, who continues to look at Italy and its market as regards future artistic and marketing choices.
After the great success of the show organized in Florence, the brand held a meeting with 240 lucky students from two of the most renowned university institutions in the city of Milan that is theUniversità Bocconi and Polytechnic; to represent the Tuscan capital, however, we find the institute Polimoda, one of the most important fashion academies in the world.
Chanel took advantage of the meeting to announce one new partnership launched with the Politecnico di Milano, dedicated to the field ofsustainable energy and renewables in the fashion industry.
"This agreement represents a response to several major challenges for Chanel," reads the official statement of the partnership. “The goal is to leverage the skills of the Politecnico to develop new models that take into account the rapid and profound changes in manufacturing activities in the world of luxury, as well as supporting and accelerating innovation, research and development of more sustainable materials and production processes in the essential sectors for the brand's activity ".
Therefore, the commercial and industrial alliance relationship that the Maison has now consolidated with our country, one of the major sources of inspiration and contact for the management, is increasingly clear and sincere.
"At Chanel we love Italy“, Declared Pavlovsky. “Half of our life is in Italy and what we need is to have the best talents”.
