Following the first exhibition that dealt with the theme of the holiday and the concept of restart, the Milan Triennale returns to populate the spaces ofMilan Linate airport with a second exhibition dedicated to natural which takes inspiration from its permanent collection.
The renovation and expansion of the airport, which took place in June 2021, are an opportunity for the cultural institution to underline the art and creativity of some great masters of thearchitecture and natural, as Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, Marco Zanuso, Richard Sapper and many other artists to be discovered.
This second exhibition itinerary, scheduled until the 20 June 2022, revolves around the theme of measurement of time and its dimensions, which is developed in four argumentative focuses: the time of rest and rest, the time of dream and escape, the time of mathematical measurement and the time of intimacy.

Triennale Milano, second design exhibition at Milan Linate
"The gestures of time", name of the exhibition curated by Marco Sammicheli, Director of the Italian Design Museum of Triennale Milano, focuses on the physical space of time and its material kits, using those works in the museum that metaphorically recall the passing of time.
A selection of diversified artifacts that find a meeting point in the imagined, lived and expected time, which has always accompanied our every daily gesture. The exhibition is a unique opportunity for tourists and for all those who love to learn about all aspects of the world of design, starting from that post-war historical period that transformed theItalian lifestyle into an icon around the world.
This is just one of the many initiatives put in place by the Milan Triennale that every six months will launch new selections of works to bring the public ever closer to the museum context.
