Aprirà nel 2026 il nuovo indirizzo di Bodrum di Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, frutto dell’accordo siglato con la proprietà Cengiz Holding. Il resort turco del brand di lusso di casa Marriott sorgerà su un’intera penisola di 60 ettari, sulla costa di Türkbükü – Gölköy, location già molto rinomata nella regione.
Dopo gli annunci delle ultime aperture di Bulgari Hotels a Roma e Tokyo nel 2023, e ai prossimi progetti a Miami Beach e alle Maldive, entrambi previsti per il 2026, quello di Bodrum porterà Bulgari Hotels & Resorts Collection a dodici proprietà, tra cui Milano, Parigi, Londra, Dubai, Shanghai, Pechino e Bali.
Il complesso si estenderà su una superficie di 10 ettari di giardini mediterranei terrazzati e disporrà di 84 camere e suite: 43 di queste, principalmente garden suite, inclusa la Bulgari suite, saranno situate sui vari livelli dell’edificio principale terrazzato, mentre 40 ville indipendenti con piscina privata si troveranno nel parco con vista mare. La Bulgari Villa di 800 mq, con cinque camere da letto all’interno di ampi giardini che conducono alla spiaggia privata con piscina di 25 metri, sarà il fiore all’occhiello dell’offerta ricettiva.Il resort sarà inoltre circondato da una comunità residenziale composta da 100 mansion targate Bulgari di diverse categorie, che andranno da tre a sei camere da letto, dotate di piscine, aree esterne, balconi, terrazze e giardini privati.
A curare la progettazione e realizzazione dell’hotel sarà lo studio di architettura milanese ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, seguendo le migliori pratiche di sostenibilità. L’architetto Patricia Viel spiega: «Per il Bulgari Resort Bodrum, abbiamo pensato ad un uso contemporaneo di materiali, con evocazioni cromatiche e alcuni oggetti preziosi che si fanno carico di raccontare questa lunga storia di civiltà, mentre il senso di appartenenza nasce dalla cura del dialogo tra architettura e paesaggio e dal privilegio della vista straordinaria che il progetto offre sulla natura circostante»

Un’area speciale sarà dedicata al benessere con una grande Bulgari Spa provvista di un’immensa piscina che si apre su una terrazza esterna con vista panoramica sul mare, sulla spiaggia e comprendente il centro fitness Gymnasium con Juice bar. Per gli amanti del mare, sarà disponibile una spiaggia privata di sabbia con sport acquatici e solarium con cabine. A completare l’offerta, una struttura ad anfiteatro immersa nel paesaggio sarà dedicata a eventi e banchetti, insieme a una zona per lo shopping sul lungomare che ospiterà negozi dei principali marchi di lusso e una Bulgari boutique.
