Diffondere l’educazione per spezzare dolorosi cicli generazionali e per autodeterminarsi nei contesti di crisi ed emergenza.
Questo è quanto persegue l’associazione Amici per il Centrafrica Carla Maria Pagani, che per continuare a supportare le comunità della Repubblica Centrafricana ha scelto di investire nel sistema scolastico di una nazione fragile, ma determinata a riscattarsi.
Nasce, così, il progetto L’educazione al centro dello sviluppo, iniziativa sviluppata grazie alla dottoressa e pedagogista Marta Moretti in collaborazione con i volontari e i coordinatori di Amici per il Centrafrica Carla Maria Pagani.
Si tratta di un investimento umano e metodologico, che ha come fine ultimo la formazione di una nuova classe di docenti: una rivoluzione che, dunque, parte proprio da coloro che hanno il compito di formare ed educare gli adulti del domani.
Una missione non soltanto locale, ma che ambisce a riformare l’intero sistema scolastico nazionale, partendo dalla periferia e dalle aree più vulnerabili, come i villaggi sull’asse Bangui-Mbaiki, per poi concentrarsi sull’ambito professionale e lavorativo della Repubblica; definire un modello educativo efficace e duraturo, infatti, permetterà di generare e mantenere capitale umano e sociale, tutelando i singoli individui grazie a un duraturo benessere psicosociale e cognitivo.
Il progetto coinvolgerà l’istituto per la formazione degli insegnanti Jean Paul II, la Scuola dell’infanzia e primaria Nicolas Barré di Bangui, la Scuola dell’infanzia e primaria di Yalokè, la Scuola dell’infanzia e primaria di Ngouma e la Scuola dei Pigmei nella foresta della Lobaye, strutture gestite dall’associazione stessa.
L’approccio che guida l’iniziativa è basato su pratiche didattiche e pedagogiche innovative, proposte dalla dottoressa Moretti e definite in collaborazione con insegnanti e professionisti della Repubblica
Centrafricana: da questi principi si svilupperanno le linee guida di riferimento nazionale per promuovere la qualità ed il diritto all’educazione nei contesti di emergenza.
Perché questo avvenga, Amici per il Centrafrica Carla Maria Pagani intende mantenere e coltivare le relazioni instaurate con il Cardinale Dieudonné Nzapalainga, Arcivescovo metropolita di Bangui, grazie a cui è garantito un coinvolgimento diretto con il Centrafrica nonché una prospettiva unica per l’osservazione e l’applicazione delle dinamiche progettuali; inoltre, la reciproca stima tra il Cardinale e il Santo Padre ha permesso all’associazione di incontrare personalmente il Papa e condividere con lui il proprio operato e necessità .
Con l’annuale cena di beneficenza a Villa D’Este sempre più prossima, infine, Amici per il Centrafrica Carla Maria Pagani getterà le basi per i suoi obiettivi futuri e si concentrerà sull’intessere nuove collaborazioni per stabilire un collegamento tra le realtà locali centrafricane e i grandi nomi dell’imprenditoria italiana.
